Our Story

Fire Mountain Yoga is rooted in two forces: transformation and connection.

Fire represents renewal — the process of burning away what no longer serves to make space for growth.
The mountain represents perspective — the grounding, steadiness, and healing found in nature.

Together, they shape a practice that is energizing, intentional, and deeply human.

About

My natural disposition is to stay busy and keep moving. Yoga helped me slow down, find balance, and reconnect with intention through embodied movement.

Over time, it became less about the poses and more about presence — about learning to live in my body instead of just moving through life on autopilot.
